As it was cold weather it took 6 days to finally get the ferment right. I'm still experimenting with times but mostly I leave it for 48 hours because of the cooler weather. The temperature is barely getting to 20 degrees on my bench top so I am assuming that's why it's taking a little longer. Loving how easy it is to ferment in the kerfirko.
Take it first thing in the morning, stirred well in a bit of water, followed by a glass of water. Have definitely felt a difference in level of energy and clarity.
