Kefir grains
The grains are great. I made a brew straight over my first one,except for a tasteš and saw the grains loved this and multiplied immediately. Its brewing really well and is slightly effervescent without a second stage brewing. Very good taste. I am very happy.

This is my second order of alfalfa seeds from this company. Iām very happy with the taste. So much better than the store bought stuff which Iāll never purchase again! I find my sprouts are usually ready after 3 days but I use a mason jar method. Very happy with this product.

Tastes a little bitter but I just chase it down with some ascorbic acid and it's not so bad.
It's a little soon to tell if it's having any effect but by acne flares seem to be under control at the moment.
