3 x 5g sachets makes at least 10 Loaves of Authentic Homemade Sourdough Bread using water, salt, a flour source of choice and your favourite recipe. Note you can keep the culture going to get much more usage out of each packet. Each packet can be stored frozen for up to 2 years.

Why is your Pure Sourdough Levain more expensive than other products?
Our Pure Sourdough Levain is composed of 100% pure sourdough bacteria and yeast isolated from Parisian Sourdough which makes it more costly to produce. Our product does not contain cheap fillers like Maltodextrin which can make up greater than 90% of like products. Alway check the label when making comparisons.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
IMPORTANT: We only ship our fresh cultures on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (as the item is stored refrigerated) so that they do not remain in transit via Australia Post over the weekend
