The kefiko maker has certainly made the process easier and the jars are gorgeous on the bench. I’ve always put off making kefir but this purchase got me going. I’ve made the cheese also which was super easy and great to add to breakfasts. All in all a great product.
Special mention to customer service also. I was blown away by the care and support they provided when contacted. Highly recommended.

Pure Koji Starter Culture 20g

Prebiotic morning mix

Made a mix of GOS, Acacia Fibre and Hydrolised Guar Gum and add a heaped teaspoon to our morning tea/coffee. It has absolutely no taste or texture so it’s very easy to consume. Haven’t noticed any real difference but I am rebuilding gut-flora and hoping this is assisting.
