Sprouts will be ready in around 7 to 10 days.

  1. To sprout, add 1 tablespoon of seeds to a sprouting jar.

  2. Attach your sprouting lid to the mason jar

  3. Soak with 250ml of water overnight and drain.

  4. Rinse with water and drain 3 to 4 times per day. 

  5. Spread seed evenly and store the jar on a bench-top until sprouting is complete.

  6. Store the sprouts in a refrigerator and consume with 1 week
