How to Use

Take 1 to 2 teaspoon of GOS once a day. Simply stir it into a glass of water, juice, tea or coffee. Add it to hot/cold beverages or foods.

Fabulous and quick results

I have been sleeping soundly which is an amazing thing for me. I think part of this is that I’m on a no sugar/gluten/minimal dairy diet but this prebiotic is definitely helping (my sleep seemed to instantly improve). The added bonus is that I also have digestion problems but these issues have been almost instantly sorted with this supplement. Lastly, my cortisol levels are also much lower which is part of the sleep story as well. I did not expect to be writing quite so positive a review; it’s almost miraculous. I’m delighted to say the least!!
