Great kit, I wish it were wider and shorter

This is a great, high quality kit that’s easy to use and wash. The only difficulty I have is swooshing the mix around while it’s fermenting - the bottle is a little too narrow for everything to mix. The smaller kit is wider and does a better job.

This system drains very poorly. A complete waste of money.

Easy to use

As it was cold weather it took 6 days to finally get the ferment right. I'm still experimenting with times but mostly I leave it for 48 hours because of the cooler weather. The temperature is barely getting to 20 degrees on my bench top so I am assuming that's why it's taking a little longer. Loving how easy it is to ferment in the kerfirko.
