Jessica worked in the boutique hotel industry in New York City before relocating to Australia to work for a non-profit cultural organisation. Paul grew up in rural Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant having worked in London and New York before relocating from Perth to Sydney.

Sleeping so much better
After reading the Super Gut book i was curious about trying L.Reutteri and am happy to report that it definitely has improved my sleep quantity and quality. For a very long time I’ve struggled to sleep well, but after taking this probiotic things have greatly improved. I tried to make yoghurt using these tablets but failed epically. Who’d have thought what’s happening in your gut can impact your sleep.

Sprouting Seeds
I have been sprouting my own seeds for about a month now. I mix Alfalfa with Broccoli and Red clover or any other seeds. The seeds are easy and very quick to grow and also store in the fridge when they are ready to eat. Once they are ready I start off a new jar, this way I never run out. So glad I started ,as they are such a healthy addition to my diet.
