750ml Organic Apple Juice (No Additives or Preservatives)
500ml Filtered Water or Spring Water (Pre-boiled and Cooled)
1 Packet of Organic Apple Cider Starer Culture 100g

Instructions:

  1. Add 750ml of Organic Apple Juice to a large container
  2. Add 500 ml of Water

  4. Mix well for 5 minutes
  5. Slowly decant mixture into a Nourishme Organics Apple Cider Jar
  6. Cover the opening of the jar with a breathable cloth
  7. If you are making Apple Cider, leave your jar in a warm place for 3 to 10 days.

Start tasting after day 3 and stop the fermentation when you are happy with the flavour. If you like more sourness, ferment for a longer period of time.
When fermentation is completed, decant the Apple cider into a 2L glass bottle, refrigerate and consume.

***Important: To make more Apple Cider Starter for your next batch please leave at least 200g of the mixture to ferment for a total of 8 weeks. After this period, decant into a glass jar ready for your next batch.
Make sure to thoroughly wash and dry your Apple cider Jar.
