A lot of places are super gracious until you buy their product. Then if there's a problem, you hear nothing but crickets.

This is a great product, but being a newbie, by the time I got my head around what I needed to do, the live kefir grains had died. Contacting the service team, they had a fresh batch on my doorstep the very next day. No questions asked. Amazing service! couldn't be happier.

This Kombucha made on green tea and honey is absolutely magical. Plenty of fizz during the bottling phase and very smooth. I love it.

The Dr Davis recipe worked fine. First batch from the capsule was like cottage cheese (sa described) but the second batch made from the first batch starter was smooth, creamy and delious. First batch in an Instant pot Pro and second batch I used a benchfoods dehydrator set at 38C for 36Hrs. Easy to make. Quick delivery of product. Recommend this website.

Really happy with my purchases. I really like the beef collagen. Easy to take sprinkled on top of porridge, in soup or warm drinks! I also recommend the broccoli sprouts. They are the best!!

I ordered the kefirko water kefir making kit plus starter grains and premix. My order came to me in record time-maybe 2 days maximum and away I went. I am on a roll, making a new batch every 2 days. It turned out perfectly from the first go. It tastes a bit to me like kombucha, which I love! Can’t wait to have it over ice in summer. I've always sprouted with a reused jar pantihose cover and an elastic band. Now I'll never go back. So easy to rinse and repeat, no mouldy seeds and strong germination.

While on a temporary carnivorous only SIBO diet, the Smidges digestive enzymes are helping to breakdown the high meat fats. The capsule initially a bit strong and had some stomach discomfort, so then opened the capsule and only took 1/2 of the enclosed powder and then gradua;lly continued mixing all the powder into the meal.
