The product has a very earthy taste so I recommend mixing it in either juice or coconut water as it’s much more palatable. 👌🏼

Initially I was sent the wrong package amount of Allulose. I rang Nourishme and they confirmed the mistake. They apologised and within a few days I received the balance of my order with a bit extra. Thanks 😊👍

I’m onto my second batch of the yogurt made from these capsules. I started with small amounts for the first batch and will increase the serve with this batch until I get to the amount Dr Davis recommended, so far I’ve not had any noticeable effects either good nor bad so will continue to build it up.

I was motivated to make milk kefir for its health benefits for my family. My body has repelled straight milk all my life so with some trepidation I second fermented some with berries and gave it a try. I have discovered my problem of the past 77 years must have been lactose intolerance (cheese and yoghurt have been fine). I am loving it.
