Beautiful kefir grains, mine have multiplied so much and are thriving within the first couple of weeks! Beautiful creamy kefir to combat my teenage son’s acne and allergies !!

The product has a very earthy taste so I recommend mixing it in either juice or coconut water as it’s much more palatable. 👌🏼

Initially I was sent the wrong package amount of Allulose. I rang Nourishme and they confirmed the mistake. They apologised and within a few days I received the balance of my order with a bit extra. Thanks 😊👍

I’m onto my second batch of the yogurt made from these capsules. I started with small amounts for the first batch and will increase the serve with this batch until I get to the amount Dr Davis recommended, so far I’ve not had any noticeable effects either good nor bad so will continue to build it up.

I was motivated to make milk kefir for its health benefits for my family. My body has repelled straight milk all my life so with some trepidation I second fermented some with berries and gave it a try. I have discovered my problem of the past 77 years must have been lactose intolerance (cheese and yoghurt have been fine). I am loving it. Feel great, sleep better and look forward to my glass at bedtime.
It also gives scones an amazing crumb. Endless possibilities!!!

My Kefir is easy to make and is very tasty. I use the same grains to make milk and soy kefir.
