Match the used strip with the colour code on the pack to get an estimate of the acidity of the food. Low acidity result from a successful fermentation. Check the ph range you need to test before you buy!

This is a narrow PH range suitable for cheese,not suitable for lower ranges which I intentionally purchased it for, otherwise I’m sure it’s a good product
