Im on a lot of strong medication that messes with my digestive system and Green banana powder/ resistant starch, is the only thing that helps.
I've tried multiple brands and this was good quality and value for money. Many others were far more expensive for the same amount / quality.

Following the Dr Davis Recipe

The Dr Davis recipe worked fine. First batch from the capsule was like cottage cheese (sa described) but the second batch made from the first batch starter was smooth, creamy and delious. First batch in an Instant pot Pro and second batch I used a benchfoods dehydrator set at 38C for 36Hrs. Easy to make. Quick delivery of product. Recommend this website.

I ordered the kefirko water kefir making kit plus starter grains and premix. My order came to me in record time-maybe 2 days maximum and away I went. I am on a roll, making a new batch every 2 days. It turned out perfectly from the first go. It tastes a bit to me like kombucha, which I love! Can’t wait to have it over ice in summer.
