Very useful yoghurt biome.

The BioGaia tablets are an easy and very effective way to create delicious Reuteri yoghurt that I love to consume on a daily basis. It has helped enormously with virtually completely clearing my eczema. I do combine it with taking the toniiq and Seed Reuteri capsules in addition to the daily yoghurt.

Sleeping so much better

After reading the Super Gut book i was curious about trying L.Reutteri and am happy to report that it definitely has improved my sleep quantity and quality. For a very long time I’ve struggled to sleep well, but after taking this probiotic things have greatly improved. I tried to make yoghurt using these tablets but failed epically. Who’d have thought what’s happening in your gut can impact your sleep.

I bought the Bio Gastrus tablets to make L Reuteri ‘yoghurt'. I am still in the process of perfecting this with my third trial currently on the way. I received the products within a couple of days and very happy with the service. While looking on the Nourishme Organics website, I discovered the Gut Health Guru Podcasts.
