I love the taste of Allulose compared to other sweetners. For me though, it is outside of my budget to continue using it ... great product though.

The only zinc tablets my fussy daughter will take. Really like this brand for kids who struggle with swallowing tablets. Good clean quality product.

My yoghurt batch was runny, had to throw away

As a relative novice L Ruteri fermenter I found Nourishme Organic Chicory Root Inulin worked a treat with Oxiceutical's MyReuteri L Reuteri Probiotic.
Started making my 4th batch today, no separation from batch 2 onwards so far.

The kefirko is not in great condition. The seal is bent and the kefirko text on the jar itself is scratched and dirty text. I was surprised given the product is expensive to find it arrived in this state. I’m worried the lid won’t seal properly too.

The BioGaia tablets are an easy and very effective way to create delicious Reuteri yoghurt that I love to consume on a daily basis. It has helped enormously with virtually completely clearing my eczema. I do combine it with taking the toniiq and Seed Reuteri capsules in addition to the daily yoghurt.

I have found the starter culture to be a terrific product, however I would like to see it in a 20gm pack to save on packaging. Also the postage is too expensive.

It's very early on.
My first batch had minimal separation and tasted great, batches 2 & 3 no separation with good consistency.
An easy process as I already had a sous vide machine, warm milk/cream, mix inulin plus starter, into a warm bath and forget for 36hrs!
Lots of health improvements noticed including, skin, visceral weight loss, cognitive and energy gains.
Looking forward to further improvements as undoubtedly they'll unfold! 😊

Seems good. Only disappointed is that there is microcrystalline cellulose and monolauren in the formulation. I was hoping for something without added ingredients. Also the foil seal was broken but the owner responded very quickly and was reassuring and offered a refund if I sent it back

Highly recommend this sweetener for baking. Does brown quicker than sugar so be sure to check your cooking times.

I've been taking PHGG, under my naturopath's advice, for some months to help restore leaky gut and a poor gut biome. Nourishme's PHGG is as good as any and generally reasonably priced, albeit I cannot fathom the cost of this fibre at all.
