very tasty miso soup however I think jar could be larger as 11 table spoons in the jar is questionable? also should be able to buy in larger amounts for a better price as it goes quick

WONDERFUL RESULTS
So pleased to have them again, feeling better, IBS improved. Previous grains I froze in powdered milk in a zip bag for about 12 months, as was under a Dr. Naturopath who said I needed to go on Paleo diet to help leaky gut, so no grains.
Bought them back, but was unsure if still ok. So discarded, now still limiting all grains, but after reading Stephen Gundrys books, he recommends Kifer, so now on I do feel well.. Loved your conference videos, now planning to do sour dough bread for my husband, also have made some fermented carrots and jars of sauerkraut.
Many thanks for your informative website. Truly wonderful, I am in my 70s. One question, I think I saw on one of the videos that Kombucha not recommended for people with leaky gut. I used to make it with good results before I started on Paleo, would be great to have that info. Many thanks again, it is really life changing being on this path.

I found these lids to be great, both for kombucha but also for sprouting to keep the fruit flies out of the jars. It means I need to rinse the sprouts in a strainer but that is preferable to having bugs in my sprout jar. 👍

I used this probiotic to help me with an immune issue I’d been struggling with for a few years, in combination with an anti-inflammatory diet that I followed for a month. I’m now completely cured. These probiotics are the highest potency you can get in Australia (after homemade kefir, which I do daily now) and it has a good variety of beneficial strains. Definitively recommend (in combination with a very clean eating for the 30 days you take it).

Organic Viili - Hang in there, it's worth the effort
Once again, fantastic service from NMO. It takes a little while for the viili to settle into your environment. Hubby has it with milk kefir on his breky. Today I had lovely thick viili which I combine with milk kefir and drink morning and night. I haven't been sick for years, so all this good bacteria must be doing some good. Easy to make, tastes good and is good for you. Highly recommend
