Ingredients: Pure Tapioca Flour
Directions: Add 1 part Vegan Yoghurt Premix to 10 parts Nut Milk in a blender (You can use Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Rice Milk, Soy milk or other nuts milks) Mix on low speed for 5 minutes. Add vegan yoghurt starter culture and blend for a further 5 minutes on low speed. Transfer to a yoghurt maker and ferment as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Can I just use regular Tapioca Starch or Flour as a substitute for your Pure Vegan Yoghurt Premix?
The short answer is no.
Our Vegan Yoghurt Premix is a Naturally cooked and pre-gelatinised tapioca starch. This allows the product to swell and cold set your vegan yoghurt.
What is your Vegan Yoghurt premix more expensive than regular Tapioca Starch or Tapioca Flour?
Due to the additional cooking, pre-gelatinisation, and drying this product is more expensive to produce.
