It’s made by fermenting sweetened tea using a kombucha culture, which ‘digests’ the sugar in the tea, thus generating the wealth of vitamins, anti-oxidants, short chain fatty acids and probiotic yeast that makes it the nutrient-packed living drink it is.

You'll love our handmade ceramic Kombucha Kit designed and made in Australia, specifically for simple kombucha brewing. It comes complete with a hand made cotton cover (allowing air to go in and out) and a tap valve that allows you to brew and store your own kombucha at home. The perfect vessels for Continuous Brew Kombucha and second fermentation.

Our Kombucha jars are 100% lead-free ceramic with a BPA-free plastic tap.

Accurate information is the key to success

Before purchasing the Complete Kombucha Durand Brewing Kit 5L I did a lot of research to learn as much as could about kombucha brewing, and continuous brewing. Unfortunately, the more I researched and read, the more confused I became about the process. So much conflicting information out there.
I had previously purchased a kefir kit from Nourishme Organics and had great success so I decided to purchase their Kombucha kit. I also purchased an additional kefir kit for my daughter and she loved it so much she purchased a Kefirco cheesemaking kit.
The kombucha kit brewing instructions are simple and my 5l batch is brewing nicely.
I required after sales support from Nourishme Organics and the response was very professional and prompt.
I am so impressed with how easy kefir and kombucha production is, I am looking forward to learning about and purchasing a Jun kombucha brewing kit next.

First time brewer

Getting ready to do F2 today. F1 taste ok and will try Ginger and Blue berry fruit for flavouring. Only got the Kombucha package last week. Will let you know how F2 taste like in a couple of days.

Nice pot and kit . It took a week to arrive but Sobie and tea seem ok.reasonable easy instructions.
