It really good to taste but it is a bit sad that it costs so much, when you think that we have to go out and buy the mil, use our electricity and time to make the yogurt on a regular basis. Could there not be an financial incentive if people buy in qunity?

Thank you for your feedback on our Pure Organic Probiotic Yoghurt Starter Culture! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the taste. We understand your concern about the cost and the effort required to make the yogurt regularly. When you consider that the prepared yoghurt can be reused as a starter culture for future batches the cost is much cheaper than buying store bought yoghurt of equaivalent quality. Also consider that you are in full control of what goes into the product (no nasties) and that there are 2 clinically studied probiotic strains (BB12 and LA5). A quick Pubmed search will demonstrate how beneficial these strains are. Thank you for being a valued customer and we hope that you will continue to enjoy the benefits.

Didn't put in fridge immediately....

I wasn't aware I needed to put it in the fridge straight away and so it sat on my desk for like 3 days and don't know if it will be alive anymore....

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any confusion regarding the storage of our product. As our starter culture is freeze dried there will be no impact on quality for this time period. However, if you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance. Thank you.
