I make the fermentation with dates, dried figs, sultanas, dried apricots and a teaspoon of honey, the taste is delicious and the grains like the ingredients, they've already tripled in volume. I’m so happy I decided to start making my own Jun.

What a surprise! 10 days on and my wonderful Scoby has increased in size and the Jun tastes wonderful.
