Why do you need to do the Full Moon Detox Protocol?

During each full moon, parasites and other microorganisms become more active. Do you ever feel unwell, anxious or just can’t sleep during a full moon? It may well be parasites and microorganisms within you feasting on your nutrition for their survival. Your own body needs nutrition from your food intake, and depriving your body of them will only make you feel lethargic, tired, slow and weak. Whilst not all parasites are bad, we have a list of the main ones that are cause for concern which we will go into detail about later in the article. A Full Moon Parasite Protocol will give your body the parasite cleanse it needs.

Your body goes through a cycle known as the circadian rhythm, which is your natural sleep-wake routine. In the morning we have the sharpest rise of blood pressure. At midday we are at our most productive, with the highest levels of alertness available to us. In the evening we have the highest levels of blood pressure. The moon's cycle plays a strong part in governing and instructing your body to react in different ways as it rises and falls each day throughout the month.

During the full moon cycle, your body is instructed a certain way, reducing your body's ability to maintain immune functions and melatonin levels, and encourages higher parasite activity. Your sleep cycle is affected by this and you may find that you have insomnia during a full moon phase. So, your body is at its most vulnerable to attack from parasites and microorganisms, and commonly used medicines can help activate parasites to do further damage to your body. Now is the perfect time to embrace the Full Moon Detox Protocol and incorporate gut health supplements, ensuring your body has the strength to resist such attacks.

To get to the root cause of any health issues, it is essential to listen to your body, as it will react badly to parasites, telling you to do something! Some of these signs can be, but not limited to; digestive issues, fatigue, depression, sudden changes in appetite, chronic abdominal pain, and numerous other health issues. The most common parasitic infections are:

Protozoa

Parasites such as protozoa will divide and multiply throughout your body, raising havoc on your digestive system, and can cause flatulence, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, and eventual anorexia. Protozoa can invade your body usually from the bites of insects, either directly from them or contamination from them being on faecal matter.

Ectoparasite

Not all parasites live within, some thrive on your skin and throughout your hair, visible to the naked eye. Symptoms include rashes, red spots, dry skin and easy irritation. They drain the blood from your body, and can cause hair loss, itchiness and skin eruptions which might bleed or produce pus. Animals are the most common way of getting ectoparasites, but you may get them from going to the park or even at a public location from other people.

Helminths

Much like the ectoparasites, helminths are also viewable to the naked eye, as they are multi-celled parasitic worms, such as tapeworms and roundworms. Some of the symptoms for these are harder to identify, which can make them frightening. But health issues that can come from these, but not totally limited to are; blood and protein loss, and the stunting of growth.

How to do the Full Moon Detox Protocol?

If you’re feeling drowsy, down, and need some revitalisation, a Full Moon Detox will be sure to help you, enhancing both your mind and body's ability to combat bacterial infections. Before we go anywhere there is some preparation you will need to do. It may not be a full moon tonight, but you can start your process of living a healthier lifestyle now!

Begin by maintaining a diet that contains minimal amounts of processed foods, such as sweetened breakfast cereals, white breads, energy drinks, artificial cheeses flavoured snacks, and tinned food. These are so unhealthy because they contain extremely high levels of fat, sugar and sodium. In small doses these ingredients aren’t necessarily bad, but when taken in excessive amounts they can cause serious issues in your health. Leading to such problems as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

Partake in an 18/6 fast two times a week. Limit yourself to only drinking water and drinking zero-calorie teas, within the allotted hours. You will need to make sure you’re eating three or four hours before you go to bed to allow your body to properly ingest and process the food you have eaten. In turn, preventing unnecessary weight gain. Your metabolism doesn’t need additional calories before sleep, it needs to process the ones already within.

Limit blue light exposure, turn off any Wifi Routers and Mobile phones and limit screen usage at night, to ensure maximum melatonin production to boost your immune system. You can try out these glasses for use at night if you still need to use your computer. Make sure to then wake up early and get early sunlight exposure in your eyes, try opening blinds as soon as the sun is up or going for an early walk.

Try adding foods and spices to your meals that contain anti-parasitic agents. For breakfast add pumpkin seeds, prunes and papaya to your breakfast in porridge or natural yoghurt.
