Turned out as expected cottage cheese like for first attemp 2nd attempt beautiful yoghurt as expected. Here a photi if the first batch.

I am very grateful that this product is available - however it gets to Australia. I had not bought enough of the delivery that arrived here by sea, so it is good being able to buy some that had come by air. I am using it in part to manage a malignancy and think it has been helpful with that.

I have started making my own cultured dairy, and the L GASSERI is easy to ferment and delicious to eat. I add some Inulin with the GASSERI and the result is so creamy.

I haven't officially tried it yet but the product itself looks great and I'm sure it will do what its expected. Thank you so much

This product is fantastic and works like a charm. I use it every morning and have a bowel movement everyday- when I only used to go every 5-7days! Taste isn’t great - but the results outweigh the flavor! Highly recommend it!!

Tried using last summer’s grains stored in fridge and woke up and worked ok not quiet as many bubbles as new batch Let’s see after few fermentations

I’ve used the water kefir grains to make coconut water kefir. I fed the grains for 24 hours on arrival as per the instructions to help them rejuvenate after being in the packaging and post. Since then I’ve kept them in pure coconut water (no additives) and they’re thriving (and making great light kefir). Very happy.

This pack is excellent. The information that came with the yogurt maker is great. Very informative and easy to follow. Love it.
