The water kefir grains are of excellent quality. I make the fermentation with dates, dried figs, sultanas, dried apricots and a teaspoon of honey, the taste is delicious and the grains like the ingredients, they've already tripled in volume. The customer service is top notch as well, definitely recommended.

Taken each morning for gut health this is my go to and contributes to aa all natural feeling of wellness. Good price, great customer service and fast delivery.

I made my first batch of Reuteri Yogurt and it was a smash! The instructions were so easy to follow, and the result was fantastic. I love the quality and consistency—nothing like the old “boil water and hope for the best” approach. This method worked like a charm!

I was sceptical if it would work.
What a surprise! 10 days on and my wonderful Scoby has increased in size and the Jun tastes wonderful.

I saw plant health (brix) improvement within 2 weeks. And started to see some fruiting bodies of fungi that were not present any time before.

I tried making water kefir before, but could not get the right balance, but my new water kefir grains and the growth premix has meant I get a fresh batch every two days

Just started using this should have started years ago. Fermented food is so good. Easy to use. Will have to buy more jars.
