I was motivated to make milk kefir for its health benefits for my family. My body has repelled straight milk all my life so with some trepidation I second fermented some with berries and gave it a try. I have discovered my problem of the past 77 years must have been lactose intolerance (cheese and yoghurt have been fine). I am loving it. Super happy i made Natto and it worked without adding anything but the 1/2 remaning cup after steamed 3 hours .. then fetmented 24 hours Perfect !! I tried other brand failed 2 times and clearly not qualiity . The Goodness is all there so if thats what your using the beans for i approve hehe
