KOALA ECO is owned and operated by Jessica Bragdon and Paul Davidson. Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University in Boston USA and has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, New York City. Jessica worked in the boutique hotel industry in New York City before relocating to Australia to work for a non-profit cultural organisation. Paul grew up in rural Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant having worked in London and New York before relocating from Perth to Sydney.

I am very grateful that this product is available - however it gets to Australia. I had not bought enough of the delivery that arrived here by sea, so it is good being able to buy some that had come by air. I am using it in part to manage a malignancy and think it has been helpful with that.

Coconut water kefir
I’ve used the water kefir grains to make coconut water kefir. I fed the grains for 24 hours on arrival as per the instructions to help them rejuvenate after being in the packaging and post. Since then I’ve kept them in pure coconut water (no additives) and they’re thriving (and making great light kefir). Very happy.
