I’ve used the water kefir grains to make coconut water kefir. I fed the grains for 24 hours on arrival as per the instructions to help them rejuvenate after being in the packaging and post. Since then I’ve kept them in pure coconut water (no additives) and they’re thriving (and making great light kefir). Very happy.

I've just completed my first ferment today and I'm delighted with the result. I've been using the ceramic croc pot which works brilliantly but it produces too much product for us. The glass jar with the spring on top of the glass weight to hold the food under the liquid is so easy. Highly recommend.
