I love the NourishMe products although I am yet to try the Natto and Tempeh cultures. The customer service is very good. However, I find the cost of the probiotic yog product a little high, particularly when you add the postage.

I was using another l reuteri culture and it kept coming out like cottage cheese. I contacted nourishme organics and they recommend this culture. They were absolutely correct as every batch of yoghurt I have made has turned out amazing since switching to this culture. Very grateful.

I had never made kefir water before. I had purchased kefir dairy in the refrigerated section of my supermarket. However, I wanted to get a little less dairy in my life, so I decided I would have a go at making kefir water. I have purchased other products from this website. I currently make l-Rueteri Yoghourt, but why not try their kefir water grains? So easy, simple process, very easy-to-follow instructions, and great results every time

These seeds sprouted well and were very good to eat. We have enjoyed them in sandwiches, salads and rice bowls. It was my first attempt at sprouting and they tasted better than I expected.

Good quality lids that fit Ball mason jars. So simple and convenient to use. I am able to leave the jar near the kitchen sink as it doesn’t roll and this reminds me to rinse the sprouts and not ignore them!
I haven’t made sprouts before this, but I am encouraged to keep going as it is so easy. Also the broccoli sprouts were delicious

I’ve just started making Kefir- I did not have a jar or container that was working. I found this through a search, and the top filter part is excellent, same with the lemon juicer part for the top. love it
