My chrispatus

I have not been very happy with this new product, I have tried to ferment it without success, it was very expensive, extremely disappointed, I don’t think the 2 probiotics in it works. I have had 3 try’s now & had to throw it away each time. I have a very good yogurt maker I bought from you & also from Amazon
It’s been very frustrating I would like to get help but there’s nowhere to get it kind regards from Frances Jones

I love my crispatus

MyCrispatus Starter Culture

I have used this product to make yogurt and the yogurt was a success. However I found the capsules hard to open and the powder was stuck inside the capsules, so it was difficult to dislodge it. Also, Australia Post's Express Shipping to New Zealand is not very fast!
