If you are looking for a wonderful and healthy chocolate sauce, this is it! It is the perfect mixture of chocolate, cream, and miso paste for added benefits. You can add this on top of any dessert, mix in your coffee, or anything else that you desire. It is very simple to make and will blow your taste buds away! This recipe came to us from Emma from the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group!
- 125 millilitre cream
- 80 gram dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp Miso paste
- Heat cream in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Once it comes to a boil, remove from heat, add chocolate and miso (then set aside for 2 minutes)
- Whisk everything together until it is smooth and you can taste and add more miso if you want a stronger flavour! Allow to cool and thicken before using.
- The leftover sauce will store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat to melt it before serving.
