Need more time for an extended review.

Have only had this long enough to have made one batch of yogurt. Haven’t eaten it all yet but I can say that I like the taste and texture of it. I am expecting positive results from eating 1/2 cup daily, I just don’t know how long it will take to see any results. Will be glad to let you know when enough time has passed, or I see and feel changes.

Fabulous and quick results

I have been sleeping soundly which is an amazing thing for me. I think part of this is that I’m on a no sugar/gluten/minimal dairy diet but this prebiotic is definitely helping (my sleep seemed to instantly improve). The added bonus is that I also have digestion problems but these issues have been almost instantly sorted with this supplement. Lastly, my cortisol levels are also much lower which is part of the sleep story as well. I did not expect to be writing quite so positive a review; it’s almost miraculous. I’m delighted to say the least!!
