Organic Chicory Root fibre is rich in inulin an all-natural dietary fibre commonly know as FOS.

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are able to resist digestion in stomach and small intestine and get converted to acetate, propionate, butyrate in colon. Fructooligosaccharides also add up to the fecal matter and gives improved bowel movement. In the digestive tract they promote Bifdobacterium and also have an inhibitory effect on Clostridium perfringes in colon (Belorka et al, 2016).

Packaged badly

Items came much later than expected but that was fine.
Items were packaged badly, the inulin bag was open at the top and emptied into the courier bag. What a complete loss
