Very nice and easy to use. So far I have done the Lreuteri yogurt and some greek yoghurt with it. Very happy with it. Instructions of use where clear and preset functions make life so much easier. I really liked the glass container.

I mix it into my smoothie! I feel my hair, skin, nails are in much better condition now after taking it for a few weeks!

The yoghurt was easy to make and tasted great. From watching podcasts by Martha Carlin it appears that Sugar Shift has many health benefits apart from stabilizing Blood Sugar. One that I particularly appreciate is the bacteria's ability to remove glyphosate from the body.

I brought the small kit, and I have to say it's easy to use. First time I tried it, I left it for 48 hours, and since I've never had Kefir before, I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the taste.

I'm not a milk fan so used soy milk, and it's fantastic.

I have made about 6 batches so far. The 1st was separated but every other one is perfect. Easy to use. The 1st batch was rooky error, but practice makes perfect.

I have been making Goats milk Kefir everyday and loving it! I intend to learn to make soft cheese from the kefir soon. The only thing I couldn't work out out was what the Milk Kefir Premix was for and how much you put in etc.
Otherwise satisfied yes.

I’ve been working to better my gut health for sometime, this product has Ben a great addition to my morning g high fibre & protein shake each morning.

I love my second ferment bottles. Good size and very well designed cap which seals perfectly.

I used 2 caps and have had separation. This may be due to a 42 degree day which increased the temperature inside the house. Will make a second batch using the whey and see how I go

I have made two batches of these sprouts and I am extremely pleased with the results. They all sprout and are great tasting.

Great glass jar for my yoghurt maker

I’d never made yoghurt before but this yoghurt maker made it so easy. Also the staff at Nourishme were immensely helpful in promptly and clearly answering my questions. I highly recommend this product and NourishMe.

The delivery was very quick and reliable. It comes with a very clear instruction on how to make the yoghurt and how it is different from usual culture. I made a batch right away, the taste is a bit tangy but I get used to it after a few try. I made it into my favourite breakfast: yoghurt + chia seeds + 1 tsp raw organic honey + frozen berries. Taste superb! And feels good in my tummy. Love it!
