Apple Cider Vinegar

If you are looking for help managing your blood sugar, improving digestion, and lowering your cholesterol, this recipe is for you! This apple cider vinegar is easy to make and has a range of benefits (including many antioxidants). You can use this in salad dressings, mix it into your water, and even use it to clean and kill harmful bacteria instead of using chemicals! This recipe came to us from Nicky in the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group!

 

Ingredients: 

 

- 750mL of 100% apple juice

- 500mL of water

- 1 Kombucha Scoby

 

Method:


  1. Mix together your apple juice and water and pour into an apple cider jar
  2. Add in your scoby and cover with a cloth and rubber band
  3. It will be ready in 3-10 days and taste as you go!
