Israeli-Style Homemade Kombucha


✓ 4-6 slices of cucumber

✓ 1 tspn of orange blossom water

✓ 2 heaped tbsp of loose leaf green tea

✓ 1 tbsp of organic brown sugar

✓ 2-3 springs of fresh mint leaves

✓ 2-3 cups of homemade kombucha


Add the cucumber and tea leaves to a large jar/jug. Drop the mint leaves on top. Pour in the kombucha and then add the orange blossom water. Stir together then tip in the sugar and stir again. Cover the jug with a cheesecloth or paper towel and leave in the fridge over night. In the morning, stir the mixture again before straining it into a fresh jar/jug. Serve, and enjoy.
