If you are looking for a delicious scone that you can enjoy either savory or sweet, this is it! This scone is full of fermented cream that will add a boost of probiotics into your diet. They are also very tasty and easy to make. This recipe came to us from Nicky in the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group!
- 35g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 450g self-rising flour
- 210g of fermented cream
- 190g of water
- Heat oven 190C degrees.
- Mix everything together to form a dough and then roll them to 3cm using a 6cm diameter glass cut until all dough is used
- Bake for 18 minutes, lowering to 170C degrees after 5 minutes
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
