✓ 1 Cup of Organic Mixed Berries
✓ Milk (Quantity will Depend on the Size of Yoghurt Maker)
✓ Yoghurt Starter Culture
Heat milk in a saucepan on stovetop to 82°C (just before boiling). Remove from heat and let cool to below 43°C. Whisk in starter culture. Place berries into yoghurt making bowl and pour milk over the top. Incubate yoghurt for 24 hours, before setting in fridge for 6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
