Milk Kefir Berry Smoothie with Greens

If you are looking for a quick and healthy morning smoothie, this is it! It combines milk kefir, which is full of probiotics, greens which are high in nutrients and antioxidants, and berry powder which are loaded with antioxidants and help to reduce inflammation! This recipe came to us from Lindel in the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group 

Ingredients:  

- 1 glass of milk kefir (you can use this kit to make your own!)

- 1 tsp of greens (you can use wheat grass, barley grass, matcha or spirulina!)

- 1 tsp of maqui berry powder (or acai berry, kakadu plum, or camu camu powder!)

- A few drops of liquid stevia (or sweetener of your choice)

Method:

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and enjoy!
