Simple paper strips that test the pH of fermented foods. Just place the strip on the food and watch the colour change. Match the used strip with the colour code on the pack to get an estimate of the acidity of the food. Low acidity result from a successful fermentation. Low acidity preserves the food and keeps harmful bacteria from growing.

PH TEST STRIPS

the test strips needed for checking hot sause not good strip same color as sause which makes it very hard to read .Good for clear liquid not food.

Check the ph range you need to test before you buy!

This is a narrow PH range suitable for cheese,not suitable for lower ranges which I intentionally purchased it for, otherwise I’m sure it’s a good product
