Good dispatch , deliver,packaging,instructions,on thing that imo needs my clarity is the use/measurement of the premix. Main thing it all worked,on my 3rd batch,so all good.lLots of receipes av, give it a big thumbs up!

The kit was missing the band, so can't be air tight.
I our in my grains, followed directions, but nothing is happening. The keffir gradually look dead, mushy and not working. I've done keffir, kombucha many times .... so, not sure is it was the packet mix, which has bicarb in it! It doesn't need bicarb.. so I've strained it after 48 hours. Drink tastes like pure sugar. So not going to drink that.
So I'm starting a new batch, with the mushy grains, normal sugar and rapadura sugar, without bicarb. To see if that will work.
I'm not giving up... but maybe the grains were too asleep.

We recommend starting a new batch the same grains and using the premix with regular tap water that has been boiled and cooled. Kefir Maker

I brought the small kit, and I have to say it's easy to use. First time I tried it, I left it for 48 hours, and since I've never had Kefir before, I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the taste.

I'm not a milk fan so used soy milk, and it's fantastic.

Great product and quality, highly recommend.
