I ordered water kefir starter pack with the grains, nutrients & the fermenting jar from Nourishme. Now that I've got the it up & going it has got to be the easiest fermenting process ever, it just So quick. Not having to wait days to start drinking it ment that I am feeling so much better, better that I've felt in ages! I love my water kefir & now my friends can also feel great to because I've given some to then to brew for themselves.
