✓ 3-4 tbsp thick homemade kefir
✓ 5 quail's eggs
✓ lamb's lettuce
✓ chive (minced)
✓ balsamic vinegar
✓ freshly ground black pepper
✓ freshly ground chilli (can be substituted for chilli oil)
In a small bowl, simply mix minced chive, freshly ground chilli, homemade kefir, pepper and salt. Hardboil the quail eggs, before peeling and slicing. Rinse and slice the radishes. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and add balsamic vinegar and chilli to taste. There you have it - less than 10mins of prep and ready to be enjoyed!
