Ingredients:
✓ 1 cup of homemade kefir
✓ 1/2 cup of fresh fruits
✓ 1/2 cup of frozen berries
✓1 tbsp of chia seeds
✓ 1 tbsp of flax seeds
✓ 1 tbsp of organic cocoa powder
Method:
In a blender first, pour in the kefir then add in the rest of the ingredients. Press 'blend', then pour, then enjoy! Easy!
