Scoby Honey Candy

Do you have a scoby hotel that is well over full capacity? If so, this is the recipe for you! You can use your Jun or Kombucha scobies to create a delicious honey candy. All you need are scobies, honey, and a dehydrator! This recipe came to us from Sandra in the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group! 

Ingredients: 

- A few scobys (you can use this kit for Jun and this kit for Kombucha if you don’t already have an abundance of scobies!)

- Raw honey

Method:

  1. Thinly slice the scoby into bite size pieces
  2. Soak in honey for 24 hours
  3. Put in dehydrated for 36 hours at 40C degrees 
  4. Enjoy as a healthy snack that you can take on the go!
