The Pickle Pipe is the world's first one-piece, self-sealing, silicone and waterless airlock. When fermenting your own vegetables, it is important that carbon dioxide is allowed to escape (or else the jar can explode) and that oxygen is not allowed to enter (or else your food will spoil with mould).
The Pickle Pipe maintains the perfect, maintenance-free fermenting environment without the need to burp your jars every day, or monitor the water levels of a clumsy 3-piece airlock. The patent-pending Pickle Pipe will allow you to "set and forget" your ferments without the daily maintenance of every other airlock solution in existence.
The low profile design allows you to store your ferments in tight spaces, and when finished, simply pop them in the dishwasher for years of use. There is no easier or more convenient solution to worry-free mason jar ferments.

I have used other devices for fermented foods but nothing worked (food would spoil) since purchasing this item I have not had a bad experience
Great service!! They picked up I had ordered the wrong size and was contacted to verify before it was delivered, speedy delivery too !
Thank you !!
I was thrilled to receive my goodies so I could start fermenting veggies for my family. I was nervous in the past to do this but the step by step instructions in the recipe book with the hints of what to look out for gave me confidence to give it a go. I have made a batch of plain sauerkraut with caraway seed and a batch with grated carrot, red onion and dill seeds. The pickle pipes that fitted my mason jars have been a great asset and did exactly what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend these products.
Usually use a waterlock with a larger jar. This allowed me to pack off in smaller pint jars with great results.
These little air locks are just what you need if you are making specialist ferments rather than litres of sauerkraut or kimchi. Really useful things.
