Rhubarb & Lemon Champagne

If you are wanting to create an alcoholic beverage but are intimidated by them, this rhubarb & lemon champagne is a great alternative! It is very simple, yet tasty. There are only a few steps and if you are desiring a non-alcoholic version you can skip out on the last step! This recipe comes to us from Debby in The Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group. 


Ingredients:


-3 cups of chopped rhubarb

-3 1/2 cups sugar

-Juice of 2 lemons

-12 tbsp apple cider vinegar

-1.5 gallons water


Method:

  1. Ferment the mixture for 3 days
  2. Bottle the mixture and let it sit for 3 weeks
