FAQ

Why does the powder in the MyReuteri capsule appear solid and is it still okay?Β 

In some instances, the powder inside the capsule may appear solid, but it remains viable and effective.Β  To make yogurt, gently roll the capsule between your fingers until the powder breaks up before mixing.Β  Be sure to keep the bottle tightly closed and store in a cool dry place or refrigerator.Β 

What is Half and Half ?

Half and Half is not available in Australia but you can easily make your own. i.e. 50% full cream milk and 50% light cream (half and half as the name implies). If the recipe calls for 1 L of Half and Half, mix 500ml of full cream milk with 500ml of light cream. You can use heavy cream but this will produce a thicker yoghurt.

My yoghurt batch was runny, had to throw away

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your yoghurt batch didn’t set properly. A runny texture can happen if fermentation conditions aren’t quite right. For best results, we recommend using a yoghurt maker that maintains a stable 38Β°C for 36 hours. Please reach out to usβ€”we’d love to help troubleshoot and get you a successful batch!

My L Ruteri Experience Wk2

It's very early on.
My first batch had minimal separation and tasted great, batches 2 & 3 no separation with good consistency.
An easy process as I already had a sous vide machine, warm milk/cream, mix inulin plus starter, into a warm bath and forget for 36hrs!
Lots of health improvements noticed including, skin, visceral weight loss, cognitive and energy gains.
Looking forward to further improvements as undoubtedly they'll unfold! 😊
