Put the kefir grains in to water or milk of your choice according to type of grains you are using and allow the content to ferment for 24-48 hours.

The built-in strainer and airflow control enables optimal fermentation conditions and simplifies the procedure of separating the grains from the kefir.

Kefir maker that meets the growing grains

At first I thought the jar was just too big, but I quickly realised that the jar will accommodate the volume as the grains grow. Mine grow quickly.
The scraper attachment is a good idea and functions well. The scooper is also a great idea.
What I need is replacement jars, without lids.

The swizzle stick in my order was a nice surprise that it was upgraded to a strainer spoon. The milk kefir grains were very healthy and well packed.
