Off to a great start

Hello! I've made my very first batch of L Reuteri and it was a very good result. there was some separation, but very little. And the taste was fantastic! I'm looking forward to seeing how my subsequent batches turn out, although I'm rather confident they will be fine as the process of making the yoghurt is so easy with the Reuter-i Pro yoghurt maker. Just make sure the unit and the container are VERY clean, add the ingredients, and with the simple push of a button, you're on the way to making your own nourishing and tasty yoghurt.

But I haven’t tried any other functions. The glass jar seems pretty fragile and the whole unit feels a little flimsy. What is disappointing is the lack of information that comes with it: there’s no explanation of the temperature each setting is kept at. That might mean I could work out other possible uses.

All failed

I tried Natto using Natto powder and weighted quantity twice. Both times failed. I tried Yoghurt with yoghurt powder and didn’t set after 8 hrs. I have made them both successfully with different yoghurt maker (until it broke after using it for 20yrs) so it can not be my fault… i feel the tempreure may not be correct. When it was done the glass felt really hot.
