Fermented Coconut Drinks

If you are looking for delicious summertime drinks with fermented coconut water and fermented coconut milk, you’re in luck! Here are 3 super easy and super delicious coconut based drinks that you can make all summer while getting your daily dose of probiotics. These recipes came to us from Nicky in the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group!

 

Ingredients: 

 

- 6 cups fermented coconut water kefir

- ½ cup fermented coconut milk kefir

- 2 cups chopped pineapple

- 2 cups baby spinach

- 2 tbsp chia seeds

- A few mint leaves

- 1 banana

- 16 whole raw almonds

- 16 whole raw cashews

- 2 cups frozen mixed berries

 

Method:

 

  1. For the first recipe, mix 2 cups fermented coconut water, 1/2 cup of fermented coconut milk, 2 cups of chopped pineapple, 1tbsp chia seeds, and a few mint leaves into a blender. Serve in a mason jar!
  2. For the second recipe, mix 2 cups of fermented coconut water, 2 cups of baby spinach, 1 banana, and 16 whole raw almonds into a blender. Serve in a mason jar!
  3. For the third recipe, mix 2 cups of fermented coconut water, 2 cups of frozen mixed berries, 16 whole raw cashews, and a few mint leaves into a blender. Serve in a mason jar!
